She was completely supportive, timely, and detail-oriented as she helped us put our initial offer in. She was never pushy or judgmental. Of course, she was right that the house would end up going for ridiculously over the asking price. While we were disappointed, working with Jamie had made the process understandable, digestible, and less painful than it might have been. Without any pressure or expectation, she encouraged us to keep trying. Then came along the TIC (tenancy in common) in the same neighborhood as the first house. It did take several months to work out all the kinks, but with Jamie's help, the TIC was eventually ours and we can say we've been happily living there for a few months now! Jamie was on point throughout the entire frustrating, though ultimately successful endeavor. She utilized her expertise and legal background to help us negotiate the many steps and other parties involved in purchasing the unit and writing up the brand new TIC agreement. She always kept us up to date with the latest snag or development in her persevering communication with the seller to seller agent, loan officer, insurance company, etc. She let us vent when we needed to. When everything was done and the home was ours, she congratulated us with some very thoughtful, celebratory, or first-time homeowner gifts. It's little touches like these, and the whole package you get when working with Jamie, that makes her an absolute dream agent to work within San Francisco. I recommend her 500%!
